Dear Fort Bend MUD 41 Village Of Oak Lake Residents,
As many residents may already know, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Fort Bend CountyMunicipal Utility District No. 41 (the “District”) has called for a $20.2 million bond authorization election and a maintenance tax substitution election this coming November 2, 2021.
To ensure that residents of the District have accurate information regarding the proposed bond authorization, the proposed maintenance tax substitution, and the Board’s goals for the District, we have put together answers for residents’ common questions. A BOND ELECTION FAQ was created and posted on fbmud41.com under the election tab. These answers and other vitalinformation will be discussed at the district’s OPEN HOUSE event.
There will be refreshments and several informational booths set up to enhance your knowledge in all aspect of the upcoming BOND ELECTION.
The OPEN HOUSE will take place on October 13, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
